How should we use it?

1、Sit as close to the light as possible between 10cm and 20cm. You can start your normal activities while using it.

2、The most effective time of day for easement is from 6 am to 6 pm, we recommend use the Sun lamp for 2 hours per day for 7 consecutive days to be the most effective.

3、Do not stare directly into the sun lamp throughout use as this may cause retinal overstimulation, allowing for brief staring into the light.
