Take a bath
Put 10-12 drops of essential oil into> the bathtub and soak in the bath to relax the nerves, relieve fatigue and smooth the skin.

Skin care
Base oil/cream/lotion 10g + 1 drop of essential oil, evenly blended and applied on the face to fight aging wrinkles and soften the skin.

Aromatherapy
Drop 2-3 drops of essential oil into the incense appliance to heat it and distribute it, which can regulate mood, soothe and relax.

Massage
Add 3 drops of essential oil to 10ml of base oil to moisturize and soften the skin, soothe and relax.

Hair care
Add 1-2 drops of essential oil to a single-use shampoo or conditioner and massage to nourish and condition your hair.
