Aromatherapy

Take 5-6 drops essential oils into the diffuser/humidifier to volatilize aromatic steam, which can promote sleep.

Bath

Add 8-10 drops of essential oil into the water about 40°C, and soak in the bathtub for 15-20 minutes, so that every cell in the body will be nourished, and the nose will inhale the aroma of essential oils, which can increase the romance.

Hair Care

Each time you shampoo, you can blend 1 or 2 drops of rose essential oil in the poured shampoo to increase the brightness of the hair.
